Garden Cress Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • Tomato Juice: 300ml (We’ll suggest freshly pressed)

  • Fields Habanero chili sauce: 2 tbsp

  • Worcestershire sauce: 1tbsp

  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

  • Honey: 1 tbsp: ¼ cup

  • Ice cubes: 12 nos.

  • Pristine Himalayan Pink Salt: 1/4th teaspoon

  • Mint leaves and lemon wedges: For garnishing

Preparation

  1. Soak Garden cress seeds in about ½ a cup of water for 20 mins

  2. Blend together tomato juice, both the sauces, honey salt and lemon juice.

  3. Add Garden cress seeds and serve chilled on the rocks
