Garden Cress Salad

Ingredients

  • Sprouted Garden Cress: ½ cup

  • Mung Bean Sprouts: ¼ cup

  • Tomato: 1 No.

  • White Onion: 1 No.

  • Sweet corn: ¼ cup

  • Capsicum: ½ no.

For Dressing:

  • Honey: 1 tbsp

  • Balsamic vinegar: 1tbsp

  • Groundnut Oil: 1 tsp

  • White Pepper: ¼ tsp

  • Salt: ¼ tsp

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup cooked Quinoa

Preparation

  1. Whisk all the ingredients for dressing and keep aside.

  2. Wash and cut vegetables, boil corn if fresh and add sprouts.

  3. Drizzle the dressing before serving.

  4. Optionally, cooked Nutrillet Quinoa can be added for a heartier meal.
