Ingredients
Nutrillet Ragi Flour- 2 cups
Onion- 1, finely chopped
Curry leaves- A few, chopped
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Fields of Gold Pink salt- to taste
Hot Water- 3/4 cup
Fields of Gold Sunflower Oil- for greasing
Preparation
Add the Nutrillet Ragi Flour, chopped onion, chopped curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt to a bowl and mix well.
Slowly combine the hot water and knead into a dough for a minute.
Add a little oil and knead till the dough is soft
To prepare the roti, make a small ball and tap it out as a roti with greased hands on a tawa at low flame. Alternatively, it can be tapped out onto a banana leaf of parchment paper and then placed on the tawa.
Cook evenly on both sides and serve with coconut chutney.
